Allele Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals Inc. is an innovation-driven company focusing on induced pluripotent stem cell banking and cell therapy research and development.  Established in 1999, Allele is located in San Diego, California, at the heart of the biotechnology sector.

Our cGMP facility to manufacture cell therapy products is approximately 5,000 square feet of clean room space. This is the first facility dedicated to cGMP iPSC generation and banking in the world. Allele’s team of scientists are pioneers in developing stem cell based innovations with  extensive industry experience and leadership. Our scientists regularly conduct collaborative, peer-reviewed research and are members of professional bodies such as the International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR), the American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB), the Society for Neuroscience (SfN), and the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE).
